Please note: License/Site ID requests should be made by the MDT distributor or AVEVA/Wonderware distributor.

A license for an AutoSave for System Platform (A4SP) or AutoSave system is linked to an MDT Site ID. Through this request process we will provide you with the Site ID. This ID will be the unique identifier of the system going forward. Once you have the Site ID, install the software. The software ISO can be downloaded from the downloads area in MDT Link. If you do not have a login for MDT Link, you can request access here. The ISO includes the MDT AutoSave Broker licensing utility. Set the Site ID in the Broker and follow the instructions. The license is obtained over the internet and installed automatically. If the server is isolated from the internet, follow the installation instructions for isolated networks. In order to provide you a Site ID with the appropriate license items, please send the requested information in an email to: SiteID@MDT-Software.com.
 

Demonstration Licenses

Demonstration licenses are for internal use by our partners for sales or training purposes only. Please send the following information to SiteID@MDT-Software.com to obtain a Site ID for your demo license:

• Requester name and title
• Contact information: phone, email, office location
• Specify if you need a Site ID for AutoSave or AutoSave for System Platform. If requesting an AutoSave license, please specify the device/program modules needed.

Pilot License

Pilot licenses are for installation at a customer site. The license is time-limited. Please send the following information to SiteID@MDT-Software.com to obtain a Site ID for your AutoSave license:

• Requester name and title
• Contact information: phone, email, plant location
• Customer name and location
• Specify if you need a Site ID for AutoSave or AutoSave for System Platform. If requesting an AutoSave license, please specify the device/program modules needed.
