Oliver Yates brings deep experience and strategic insight to accelerate growth and strengthen customer relationships, with a background spanning both private and publicly traded software companies. His proven success in driving revenue, building strategic partnerships, and delivering innovative solutions will allow him to unlock measurable value for current and future AMDT customers.
His leadership will be instrumental in enhancing AMDT’s offerings and expanding its market presence. He previously held senior sales leadership roles at Upland Software and Infor. Based in Dallas, Yates will bolster AMDT’s global leadership team while positioning the company closer to a key, rapidly growing market.
Tim Völpel joined AMDT in 2022 as Director of IT & Digital Innovation. As of March 2025, he has taken on the role of CIO. He is responsible for driving the company’s digital innovation and ensuring that IT systems and technologies effectively support business objectives and enable product innovation.
In his new role, Völpel will focus particularly on advancing artificial intelligence and data-driven innovation. Under his leadership, AI-based initiatives will be directly integrated into AMDT’s product development, accelerating the company’s innovation strategy.
