Stefan Jesse studied business administration at the University of Mannheim and spent more than ten years in various top management positions at the leading IT systems company Bechtle. Prior to that, he worked for several years as an IT and management consultant in various organizations and industries. At AMDT he is responsible for Strategy, Commercial, Product, Tech and M&A and is the spokesman of the executive board.

Jochen Schütte has more than 25 years of experience in the software industry. Most recently, he was a member of the Executive Board of F24 AG for nine years, where he also served as CFO. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from the Technical University of Munich and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Henley Management College. At AMDT Jochen is responsible for finance and order management.

Eva Wittka studied Business Administration at the University of Würzburg and Innovation Management at Stanford UGS. Before joining AMDT, she held several COO positions in the IT/SaaS sector, enabling companies to transform and grow. Prior to that, she worked for more than ten years at Arvato Systems Bertelsmann, where she gained extensive experience in managing complex projects and P&Ls. At AMDT she is responsible for People & Workplace, IT, Customer Services and cross-functional strategic initiatives.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Will Draper is responsible for strategy, profitability and day-to-day operations in the Americas. Draper has held executive positions at AVEVA, DellEMC and Cirrus Logic. He brings extensive technology experience to his role at AMDT and has a proven track record of driving development and growth.
