Julie Wende, Chief of Staff

Julie’s journey at AMDT has crossed strategy, product, and executive leadership. She first joined as a Strategy Executive, taking on significant responsibility early in her career. After gaining additional experience outside AMDT, she returned as Strategic Product Manager, bringing a broader perspective to the development of our product portfolio.

Today, as Chief of Staff, Julie works closely with AMDT’s CEO and Executive Board on strategic priorities, cross-functional initiatives, and the continued development of the company. Her path shows that growth at AMDT isn’t limited to moving up within one function, it can mean moving across disciplines, taking on bigger challenges, and helping shape where the company goes next.

My path at AMDT has never been about following a predefined career ladder. I’ve had the opportunity to work across strategy and product, step outside the company, come back with a different perspective, and continue taking on new challenges. Today, I get to work across the organization and help turn our strategic priorities into action.
