For nearly 40 years, our technology has focused on one fundamental challenge: keeping automated production controlled, recoverable, and resilient. That mission has grown from industrial backup and version control into a broader approach to managing the operational and security reality of modern OT.

Resilience today

Industrial production is becoming more connected, more software-defined, and more exposed. At the same time, the systems running it are more heterogeneous than almost any other technology environment — spanning generations of devices, vendors, protocols, and engineering tools.

AMDT exists for that reality. We bring operational control and security context together so manufacturers can understand what is running, know what changed, recover when something goes wrong, and make better decisions across their OT estate.

Meet our Executive Board

	Stefan Jesse Chief Executive Officer	Stefan Jesse studied business administration at the University of Mannheim and spent more than ten years in various top management positions at the leading IT systems company Bechtle. Prior to that, he worked for several years as an IT and management consultant in various organizations and industries. At AMDT he is responsible for Strategy, Commercial, Product, Tech and M&A and is the spokesman of the executive board.
	Alexander Fischer Chief Financial Officer	Alexander Fischer brings extensive experience in international financial management. Most recently, he was CFO at Cosuno, where he was responsible for establishing the financial structure and overseeing operations. Prior to this, he played a key role in setting up the international financial setup at Forto, a specialist in digital freight forwarding. At AMDT, Alexander leads the financial strategy and supports efforts to further strengthen the company's global market position.
	Oliver Yates Chief Revenue Officer	Oliver Yates has extensive experience building and scaling both private and publicly traded international software companies. Prior to joining AMDT, he held senior sales leadership positions at Upland Software and Infor. As Chief Revenue Officer, he strengthens the global leadership team and drives expansion in the North American market from Dallas. He is also responsible for advancing revenue growth, customer relationships, and strategic partnerships.
	Dr. Christopher Neumann Chief Product Officer	Dr. Christopher Neumann joined AMDT from Bain & Company, where he advised software companies and investors on product and corporate strategy, value creation, M&A, and technology, with a particular focus on industrial software and cybersecurity. He holds a PhD from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and studied business administration at the Universities of Münster, Zurich, Mannheim, and Bocconi University in Milan.
